Janette’s experience of multiple academic and industrial organisations helps to give a creative approach to lever precious resources for operations and development projects. Janette’s expertise is in driving operations for outsourcing, building expert teams, manufacturing active ingredient and final product, Orphan drugs, Regulatory activities, Quality Systems, supply of unlicensed drugs to Named Patients, managing patent portfolios, developing budgets and plans, technology assessment for licensing, and senior management role in corporate strategy and fund raising.
